Dolores leads the 70+ member organization coalition committed to improving air quality in the San Joaquin Valley. Knowledgeable of air pollution and its impacts, she's an advocate for public health, prioritizing environmental justice communities. She has proven to be a catalyst for local air quality policy change, bridging diverse groups, regulating agencies and interests. Before joining CVAQ in 2010, she worked in non-profit program management in the San Diego. She earned her BA in Comparative Politics from the University of California, San Diego.
Genevieve Gale is a Policy Associate for CVAQ. Her work focuses on strengthening local and state air policy for the benefit of human health in the San Joaquin Valley. Prior to working at CVAQ, she worked for Conservation Strategy Group, an environmental policy consulting firm in Sacramento, CA, where she focused on climate, oil and gas, and water policy at the state level. Outside of work she manages her youth group - Young Fresnans for the Environment - an organization intended to connect, mobilize and empower the next generation of environmental activists in the San Joaquin Valley. Genevieve received her Bachelors in Sociology from Vanderbilt University.
