CVAQ Media Release Form
Since 2003, the Central Valley Air Quality Coalition or CVAQ has worked with our partners to restore clean air to the San Joaquin Valley. CVAQ acts as a watchdog of the agencies responsible for addressing air pollution, while also co-creating our own pathways to clean air.
About Media Use
CVAQ asks for your consent for the following purposes:
- During the year media may be present to cover special events and may want to interview, videotape or photograph you (ex. Clean Air Action Day).
- CVAQ partners may also wish to use the photographs, voice, likeness or videos for promotional and educational reasons, such as in publications, posters, brochures, newsletters, websites, commercials on local or cable television channels; or at community events.
The Media Release Form is valid for media recorded or created by the Central Valley Air Quality Coalition. To give your consent, please sign and return this form, which will be kept on file. Thank you for your cooperation.
